Terms of Service
The plain English version
- You must be 18 or older and a woman or non-binary person to use tunu.
- Be honest — fake profiles, catfishing, and impersonation will get you banned immediately.
- You own your content, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
- Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel any time through your device's app store settings.
- We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines, no refunds for bad behaviour.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a tunu account or using the tunu app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use tunu. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use tunu. tunu is a platform for women and non-binary people who are interested in dating other women. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else without their consent.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use tunu to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or abusive
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
- Share another person's private information without their consent
- Solicit money, promote commercial services, or send spam
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Content you post
You retain ownership of the content you post on tunu. By posting content, you grant tunu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Subscription and billing
Some features of tunu require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods except where required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice and without refund. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
8. Disclaimers
tunu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, and we encourage you to exercise your own judgment and use our safety features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tunu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tunu is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
